A world where everyone has eyes, ears, noses, mouths and dimples on their hands, and they grab things with their heads. The whole structure of society is fundamentally changed by this in that heads don't grab things well, and faces aren't meant to be touching everyday things. Beauty is marked by fingernails, veins and the smoothness of the back of the hand. Due to limited room inside the arm for a throat and vocal chords, everyone has quite a shrill voice, and no one lives at high altitudes.
