Crispy oils yolk the crustacean eggs
crunched betwixt wire cages--
four to five cakes rotate rapidly.
While flaying scabs
and dressing blisters
-the crab cakes burn.
So I'll be fast hands,
you be slow hands.
But, the new ones will always
be a little less excellent.
